I have been playing with the creative process today as I work up examples for tomorrow's workshop. One of the good things that teaching makes you do is to question your own process and in doing so be able to understand and then present it to others. From an initial sketch to some ipad digital intervention and then a coloured sketch with additions I have now got to a point where I am ready to work on the final painting. I see this in oils with a nod to Ivon Hitchens, one of my favourite painters.
